something you say to someone in a difficult situation in order to encourage them to be brave and try not to be sad:

振奮起來！很快就到週末了。

一個人沮喪時呈現出來的經常是垂頭喪氣的模樣，因此把下巴抬起來 （chin up）就是「振作」的意思。
