第二種是在生氣的時候會用到的用語，表達「我受夠了！」，例如：

生活中，當有人企圖用手觸摸博物館裡的展示品時，或許會聽到警衛大喊：「Hands off! (別碰！)」但商用英文常見的 ”hands-on” 和 ”hands-off” 是什麼意思呢？

首先，”hands-on” 和 ”hands-off” 可以用來形容領導風格，”hands-on”代表「事必躬親的、親力親為的」，凡事都親自參與，通常對下屬的控制性較強。

Adam is a hands-on manager. He involves in all the day-to-day activities of his team.
亞當是一位事必躬親的經理。他參與團隊所有的日常活動。

反之，”hands-off” 的管理方式則是「自由式的、放任式的」，給下屬自由發揮的空間，不輕易干涉，必要時才會插手。

珍偏好自由式的領導風格。她相信團隊成員，並讓他們自行完成工作。

Joking aside.

說正經的、言歸正傳

當某人說 “joking aside（撇開玩笑不談）” 時，意思是 “別開玩笑了，嚴肅一點”，也就是 “玩笑歸玩笑，說正經的，言歸正傳”。
